The purpose of the Payment and Fraud Department is monitoring of players deposits and withdrawals, identifying and checking player activity to mitigate fraud. Being part of our department means becoming part of a dynamic reality in which one always need to be UpToDate with the latest payment solutions and technologies as well as fraud trends.
As Payments and Fraud Analyst, you will be working with several departments in order to get a clear picture of our customer operations. Thinking outside of the box, analytic skills and knowledge of payment and fraud are key to become part of our teams.While at work we’re involved in complicated investigations and analysis of our players data, as a team we enjoy having fun together – having sushi after work and enjoy the beautiful sunny days in Malta.

Mariachiara Lagravinese, Payments Operations Manager
I define myself as enthusiastic and passionate about my current role, everyday is full of new challenges and satisfaction. MRG is giving me the possibility to achieve my personal objectives and progress in my career for which I was so lucky to be rewarded ‘Hidden Talent of the Year’ Award in 2018’s WIG Awards (Woman in Gaming).
Where I am when I am off from the office? Travelling with a passion visiting old fascinating European capitals, discovering Asian culture and of course… buying shoes!
Antonio Carnevale, Payments Analyst
I’ve heard about Mr Green for the first time when I was in London at the gaming conference ICE. I was really impressed with the company and the first thing I did was to open an account and test Mr Green’s site. From the beginning I really liked the idea of a Gentlemen in green.
Originally, I am from Italy. I’ve been living in Malta for 2 years, before moving, I have been travelling to get experience in customer service and gaming, particularly in England (I love rain and beer, and of course fish and chips).
Last year at another gaming gathering – SIGMA – I met Mr Green team again and it seemed to me like a confirmation that I want so much to be a Mr Green staff member.
The destiny wanted to make our ways match and made me start this new adventure and achieve great results.
Now I work for the amazing Payment department as a Payment Analyst along with Fraud team and AML, we have great deal of interaction from both departments and that is something I cherish a lot. This has been the most crucial step in my career and has developed my skills more than i have anticipated. The team is strong, funny and hard working to achieve great results together (and we all love pizza and Friday beers;)).
Inger Jakobsen, AML Analyst
My name is Inger, I am from Norway and I have a background in Political Science. I joined MRG’s Customer Service department almost four years ago and now I work as an AML Analyst in a great team, where I am motivated and driven by mitigating the fraud risk for the company. What I like the most about my work is that I am able to apply my investigative mind to solving the puzzles we come across when analysing customer data and behaviour.
Milosz Jucewicz, Payments Team Leader
I’ve been working for Mr Green for almost 5 years. I started in Customer Service team and was always interested to progress into Payments & Fraud areas of gaming. I was lucky enough to start my new role in Payments team 3 years ago and last year I’ve been promoted to Team Leader of the whole team. My team consists of 10 Payments Analyst – we come from different backgrounds and countries but we share a common goal at work which makes our team very strong!
In my free time I like to follow all product updates from Apple and design some cool 3D models in Sketchup 😉
Marta Rucinska, Payments Analyst
Hi, I am Marta, a joyful and hardworking Polish girl. After my graduation I spent 10 years in catering industry but now I’m looking to develop a career in iGaming. It’s so amazing how I got the opportunity at Mr Green to get all the knowledge and know-how to develop myself and bring more value to the payments and fraud department.
I didn’t have to wait too long for a reward, as after only 1,5 month I was nominated to be a part of the “winners” team who were sent to Russia for quarterfinals of World Cup 2018! A great experience, taking into consideration that travelling is one of my biggest passions.
All together I can say that Mr Green managed to bring together people of different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds and blend them together in a great teams.
