Scrum Works Without ScrumWorks

As previously announced we are going scrum. I have spent some time researching which tools to use to support the development method.

These are the results from the Maltese jury:
Excel - only management
Paper and postits - because it works, for developers, i e "pigs"
ScrumWorks - we used it for a few weeks, now discontinued, since we changed into:
Trac - for new development and change requests plus project management
Bugzilla - for bugs (will be merged into Trac soon)

This may be useful to those who want to scrum their development.
