American vs French Roulette (Casino Strategy)

Over at Mr Green we offer a French Roulette. However, there are more types of roulette wheels. The French Roulette is the typical European roulette wheel. The other major roulette wheel is the American roulette wheel.

The difference is that the American roulette wheel hosts two zero pockets - the single zero ("0") and the double zero ("00").

The big difference lies in the mathematics. The American roulette wheel has 38 numbers (36 plus 0 plus 00) and gives the house an advantage of 5.26 per cent.

The European roulette wheel on the other hand, hosts only 37 numbers (36 plus 0). Hence, the European roulette wheel gives the house an advantage of 2.70 per cent. Or in other words - you get a lot more spins for the money on the French roulette wheel.

Which one you prefer is of course a matter of taste and fashion, but if you want to use some strategic thinking when playing casino games we would highly recommend the French Roulette to the American one.

It would be almost impossible to enter a casino without a roulette wheel. The wheel can be one of the most popular games in the community of chance, especially for those who are rather new in the accident. It may be because the wheel does not just fun and exciting, but also rather easy.
